These are my most widely coveted stretches. They receive the most comments from observers. Basically, all I am doing is an exaggerated "bend over and touch the floor" movement that elongates the inner thigh, hamstring, glutes, and lower back muscles.
I also do these moves sitting.

The Besti squat is performed in a spread eagle pose.
Note the depth of the plié.

The Biellmann is one of the most desirable spinning positions because of its difficulty. I cannot spin in this position and have not spent much time trying. Upon viewing this photograph, the elevation of my free leg surprized me. It is higher than expected. However, a true Beillmann extends directly overhead. For now, this is the best I can do.
